Complex fore and hind foot surgery 
Having completed a fellowship at The Royal Bournemouth Hospital focusing on foot and ankle surgery. Mr Dunning has excellent exposure in mid and hindfoot procedures including Total Ankle Replacement, multiple fusion and tendon reconstruction.  Also gained experience in revision foot and ankle surgery and post traumatic reconstruction.

Forefoot Reconstruction
I have extensive experience in performing modern techniques of forefoot reconstruction including Scarf, Akin and Weils Osteotomies. I have gained experience in performing more complex hindfoot procedures including subtalar and ankle fusion as well as hindfoot and ankle trauma.

Trauma Surgery
Mr Dunning has vast experience with general trauma surgery including the management of calcaneal fractures techniques.  He has an interest in minimal invasive plating, flexible nailing and locking plates. He is also experienced in the use of fine wire frames for limb reconstruction.

Primary Hip, Knee and Ankle Replacements
Mr Dunning has extensive experience in total hip, knee and ankle replacements using both cemented and cementless prosthesis.

Upper Limb
Mr Dunning has experience in various shoulder procedures including nerve decompressions, minor hand surgery and arthroscopic sub-acromial decompressions.

Arthroscopic Knee Surgery 
Mr Dunning has experience performing arthroscopic knee surgery for both diagnosis and therapeutic procedures which can treat a variety of conditions, this procedure is normally performed as a day case procedure.
